PayPlaxe, LLC (Doing Business As PayPlaxe) values the privacy of individuals and is committed to protecting and respecting the information of visitors to the website and individuals or entities that register to use the products and services through www.payplaxe.com.

Do Not Track

As such, we ignore the DNT requests within the PayPlaxe Portal.

At our discretion, we will retain all PII and user information that we collect. We retain PII and user information we collect from you where we have an ongoing legitimate business need to do so (for example, to provide you with the Services you have requested or to comply with applicable legal, tax or accounting requirements). For the purposes of the Data Protection Act (‘DPA’) and in-line with the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (the ‘GDPR’), PayPlaxe, LLC is your ‘Data Controller’ and is responsible for your personal data.

Sale of personal information

We do not sell, as defined under CCPA, your Personal Information to third parties. In the preceding twelve (12) months, we have not sold any personal information.
